Die Tatsache, dass so viele Menschen diese Leidenschaft mit mir teilen und es dennoch oft schwierig ist, besondere Käsesorten in einer Top-Qualität zu bekommen, hat mich dazu motiviert ins Käse-Business einzusteigen.

Unter dem Namen Cheeselabel dürfen sich Kunden alles erwartet, was ich selbst lange gesucht und nicht gefunden habe: Erstklassigen Käse zu fairen Preisen in absoluter Frische. Käse ist für mich nicht nur Nahrungs-, sondern vor allem Genussmittel. Doch auch beste Qualität und höchster Genuss dürfen erschwinglich sein.

I am often asked about my favorite type of cheese. To be honest, I could not decide!

But if I were to describe myself with a specialty cheese, perhaps the Camouflage would fit me quite well. Young, colorful, good firmness and characteristic taste! ;-)

I started with about 7 types of cheese. From colorful to the normal "cheese yellow". The variety "Camouflage" was there from the beginning and is still one of my favorites.

Inspiration for new types of cheese I got on business or vacation trips. Wherever there is cheese in the world, I also try it. So I always come up with new ideas. Soon follow 3 new cheese variations.

With us you get very good cheese at a reasonable price. Among them special mountain cheeses from Austria and Switzerland.

Each order is freshly cut down from the cheese wheel, vacuumed immediately after and shipped by express. Thus we guarantee a short delivery time with maximum freshness.

Customer = King. Without our customers we would not be where we are today. Therefore, fairness and respectful treatment of our customers are our top priorities.

Storage tips

Remove the cheese from the vacuum packaging and store it as follows:

Store in a cool, dark place with low humidity - The best place to store cheese is in a cool, dark place with low humidity.

At home, the best place to store cheese is in the refrigerator, especially in the crisper, where it is protected from temperature fluctuations and retains its flavor.
Never pack cheese completely airtight - With the exception of fresh cheese, all cheese needs to breathe. Cheese should therefore not be packed completely airtight. For storage without plastic, cheese paper is ideal, as it is usually used at the cheese counter: It has a transparent film on the inside, which prevents direct contact with oxygen, and an air-permeable paper layer on the outside, which nevertheless allows the cheese to breathe.

If you don't have any cheese paper at hand, perforated cling film or air-permeable Tupperware is also suitable.
